(Wednesday, March 30, 2011) I have beeing a customer of Monitronics for 3 yrs (08) and they are good . Customer service is always good, rapid responce, a little pricy for the service I receive but, I give them thumbs up. now they need to drop the price on basic service or give you more options or a better package for the price. (Thursday, July 30, 2009) I really hope this will reach a wide area of people to let them know how bad the service we have recieved from Monotronics. Bad is not quite the word, nonexistent is a better word. And they will not come repair but keep charging my bank account anyway. I have been calling since nov. of '08 to no avail. Now I have to change bank accounts to get off their list so they cannot charge me again (it costs $35 to stop payments each time. This appears to me to be a really big scam.
